Need a super easy lunch or dinner? This Rotisserie Chicken Salad Recipe is quick, simple and nutritious. We are making a traditional chicken salad using store-bought rotisserie chicken.

Ingredients

  • 1 Fully Cooked Store-bought Rotisserie Chicken
  • 3 Celery Stalks - chopped
  • 1/4 Cup Thinly Sliced Red Onion
  • 1/2-3/4 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Brown Mustard
  • Salt/Pepper - to taste

Instructions

  1. Pull the chicken meat from the bones. This should get you approximately 3 cups of chicken meat.
  2. Mix chicken, celery, onion, mayo, and mustard. Stir until fully combined.
  3. Salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Store and refrigerate in an airtight container.

Notes

Serve in wraps, sandwiches or on a green salad. Chicken salad is also great as a snack with crackers.
